This Basic Hairstyling Course is designed for beginners and those with some makeup artistry or hairstyling experience. Students will learn the latest trends and techniques to refine their skills and address weaknesses.
Course Outline
Day 1: Foundations of Hairstyling
Introduction to Hair Tools: Overview of essential tools for hairstyling and their uses.
Techniques in Backcombing: Step-by-step methods for creating volume and texture.
Hair Parting Techniques: Exploring various parting styles and their effects on overall looks.
Braiding Basics: Hands-on practice with multiple braid styles (French, Dutch, fishtail).
Styling Tools: Demonstration and practice using curler tongs and hairdryers.
Bridal Low Bun: Guided practice for creating a classic morning bridal low bun.
Day 2: Updos and Modern Styles
Bridal Updo Techniques: Comprehensive demonstration followed by hands-on practice.
Let-Down Hairstyles: Learning and practicing different let-down styles (half-up, side).
Short & Men's Hairstyles: Techniques for versatile short hairstyles and trendy men's cuts.
